Stop repeating day-one instructions.

A small box in the room — microphone only, with a physical mute — plus a private computer in your office or training centre. It learns the explanations, decisions, examples and open questions from the session. The audio is discarded after processing and not kept in normal operation. There is no camera, and voices get anonymous labels, not names.

Participants ask in their own words, for example:

• “What did we cover on day one about the refund process?”
• “Explain the safety steps the way the trainer explained them.”
• “What did our group decide about the prototype on day two?”
• “What is still open before we go live?”

It is not a public chatbot and not a call recorder for every video meeting. It fits:

• Onboarding cohorts in a small company
• Multi-day workshops and internal academies
• Handover when a key person leaves

A handbook chatbot answers from what you uploaded. ContextFriend also remembers what was said in the room that week — the examples, the exceptions, the “we do it this way.” And it does not send that to a cloud model.

One training room. We install with you. You keep the logins. A supervised start, not a purchase order. There is no public price list — we first check whether the shape fits.

You pay for local hardware and a supervised setup instead of a per-seat cloud note-taker that uploads audio. Exact numbers depend on the number of rooms and how long you run it. We discuss that once we know whether a pilot is the right shape.

For one training room, yes — that is the pilot shape. You are not building a private data centre. You are putting one controlled box and one local computer on your own network.

We agree the duration and success criteria up front — for example: usable training memory, the trainer stays in control, your data protection officer can inspect it. At the end you can stop, and the data can be purged on the machine you control.

Today people ask in the ContextFriend portal on your network, and from outside only if you switch on your own VPN-style access. A direct Moodle plug-in is not part of the current pilot — tell us if that is a must-have for you.
