Cookies, browser storage and optional measurement
We remember your language and privacy choice on this browser. Your privacy choice expires after 180 days. Optional purposes start only after you opt in, and you can reopen Cookie settings on any page to change your choice. Without permission, campaign identifiers are not stored or attached to an enquiry.
If you allow advertising measurement, campaign parameters and click identifiers are kept for the browser session and can accompany your enquiry. A configured Google Ads or Meta integration may receive the click identifier and confirmation time only after you confirm the enquiry. This choice does not authorise sharing your email or its hash. Rejecting or withdrawing stops future measurement and requests cancellation of pending conversions. Data already sent to a provider cannot be recalled by clearing browser storage; contact us for a data request.
If you allow analytics, this website loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It stores two pseudonymous cookies on this browser (_ga and _ga_2R0PLJQQDZ, for at most 180 days) and sends Google the page address without any query values except campaign parameters (utm_*), the page title, the address of the referring website, scrolling, clicks on external links, file downloads and that a form was started or sent (never what you typed), together with browser, device, language, screen size and an approximate location that Google derives from your IP address. According to Google, the IP address itself is not logged or stored. Google signals, advertising features and user identifiers are switched off. Event-level data is deleted after two months; aggregated reports remain. Without your permission the tag is never loaded. Withdrawing in Cookie settings stops it and deletes its cookies. Search Console verification and ordinary search indexing do not load a visitor tracking tag.

The enquiry forms on this marketing website are intended for adults arranging a school or organisational pilot. Please do not send pupil records or other classroom personal data through these forms. The school's own documentation governs classroom use.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object or withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@context-friend.com — we look requests up by email address and aim to complete them within 30 days. Note that an encrypted backup taken before an erasure may still contain your data until it rolls off after seven days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Transfers outside the EU
If you allow analytics, Google may process the analytics data described above in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Google's data processing terms include standard contractual clauses. If an advertising integration is activated, Google or Meta may process the permitted click identifiers outside the EU. The relevant recipient information and transfer arrangements must be documented before activation.

We do not make automated decisions about you, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent data.
Hosting
The site runs on a single server in the European Union, operated on our behalf by our hosting provider under a data processing agreement.
