A HUMAN KEEPS IT HELPFUL

The right job. The right information.

Choose who sees each workspace and review submitted updates before sharing them. Use the source documents and your qualified supervisor for safety-critical decisions; the assistant helps find information, not authorize work.

Tell us about your team

Keep it familiar.

People already using WhatsApp can ask there once their workspace's channel is approved and activated. The same shared knowledge is also available on the web.

A direct chat with your assistant.

Each invited person messages ContextFriend individually. Your existing group can stay as it is. This version doesn't join it, listen to it, or automatically import its history.

For US early access, WhatsApp availability depends on the actual use case and provider setup. Creating a workspace does not switch it on.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
get started.

How does ContextFriend help trades & crews?

ContextFriend gives invited people a shared knowledge workspace. The job address. The delivery instructions. The approved finish. Give your crew a way to find the details in your job notes while you get on with the work. Answers point to source information, and unanswered questions can go to a manager.

What information should we start with?

Start with a few useful notes: monday · 8 am, deliveries · east driveway, finish schedule · approved. Add documents when you need more detail. Owners manage access, and managers choose which contributions become shared knowledge.

Can it join our existing WhatsApp group?

Not currently. Where activated, each invited person messages the assistant directly in WhatsApp. It does not automatically read existing groups or import their history. An optional shared-message relay is a separate pilot that requires explicit member opt-in.

How do we get started?

Use the early access form to tell us about your people and the questions they repeat. We will discuss the workspace and channel setup with you. Submitting the form does not create an account, activate WhatsApp, or start a paid subscription.
