A LITTLE LESS “WHERE WAS THAT?”

Your people.
Your plans.
One shared memory.

Give your group a place to remember. Save the notes, files, and decisions that matter. Ask a question. Get an answer with a source.

Example content. Your answers use the knowledge you add.

A SMALL SETUP. A LOT LESS REPEATING.

Make room for what matters.

01

Make it yours

Name a workspace for your team, trip, or community. Each workspace has its own knowledge and members.

02

Give it something to remember

Write a note or add a file, photo, or recording. Check what was extracted and update it when plans change.

03

Bring your people

Create a web invitation, or add trusted phone numbers for an available WhatsApp channel. Choose who can ask, contribute, or manage.

SAME MEMORY. A FAMILIAR CONVERSATION.

A place in your day.
A chat in WhatsApp.

Where WhatsApp is available, invited members message ContextFriend directly. Each person can ask about the same workspace knowledge, in the language they use.

Have an update? Authorized contributors can submit it for review. Managers choose what becomes shared knowledge.

What about a bot inside my group? ↓

You decide what
your group remembers.

Useful knowledge, with boundaries.

Choose the people and their permissions. Review contributions before publishing. Keep a personal reply separate from what everyone can learn.

When the available knowledge isn’t enough, questions can go to your manager’s inbox. AI answers can be wrong—open the source when it matters.

How your information is handled ↗

GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Can I add ContextFriend to my existing WhatsApp group?

Not currently. Our integration supports direct messages to ContextFriend. It cannot silently read an existing group or import its history. A separate official group integration would need eligibility, member consent, and its own implementation.

Is WhatsApp available for every US group?

No. WhatsApp’s rules restrict some services whose primary offering is AI. Our US early access starts on the web; WhatsApp activation depends on the use case and provider approval. Creating a workspace does not activate WhatsApp.

Does it remember everything I say?

No. Add the information you want the group to use. Your question and conversation may be retained and visible to workspace managers, but a private chat is not automatically published as shared knowledge.

What can I add?

Start with text and common documents such as PDFs, Word files, or slides. Photos and recordings need the relevant processing services. You can inspect the extracted content and see processing errors before relying on it.

Can I use it without WhatsApp?

Yes. Create a workspace, add knowledge, invite people with a web signup link, and ask in your browser.

What does early access cost?

This version has no checkout or automatic billing. We are testing usefulness with early groups. Any paid plan and its limits will be shown before you agree to it.

LESS SCROLLING. MORE DOING.
